Bob Bengtson, owner of B & C Comfort, LLC has worked in the construction, plumbing, roofing and framing industries for over 20 years. Originally from Connecticut, he worked residential construction where he developed skills and knowledge for a wide variety of building needs. He’s also worked in the aircraft industry honing skills with machining and tool fabrication.

Bob and his wife, CJ moved to the Seattle area in 1993 to begin their lives and new careers together. Bob worked as a Maintenance Technician for a small company in Redmond for a short time while he completed school for HVAC in 1995. During school he was hired as a HVAC technician by a local company on the East Side where he worked for 5 years.

In 2000, Bob decided to open his own HVAC business and began B & C Comfort, LLC. We have been in business for nearly 10 years, and continue to grow our business by creating long term relationships with new and existing customers. Our goal is to become each customer’s heating and cooling specialist. We understand the importance of maintaining equipment and supplying energy efficient cost effective solutions. It is important to us that our customers are delighted with our personal service and finds us easy to work with. We take pleasure in working with our customers finding the best comfort solutions that exceed their expectations while working within their budgets.

With over 15 years experience, Bob is well-versed in repair, maintenance and installation of equipment ranging from light commercial and residential heating air conditioning systems, gas piping and water heaters. His background includes plumbing, electrical and residential construction. Bob holds current contracting and electrical licenses required by the state of Washington (Contractor #s BCCOM**000NG / BCCOM***995C1). B & C is bonded and insured (LNI Site) and Bob attends factory-run training classes to keep abreast of new technology and applications. We believe keeping up to date on current technologies and government standards ensures we provide the most beneficial system for customer’s needs.

B & C is a leader in gas fireplace installation, service and maintenance in Puget Sound. We work directly with local dealers and suppliers for parts and materials so we can deliver consistent and prompt service. Local dealers often refer their customers to B & C for service on dealer installed equipment. We are an accredited member of the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and Hearth Barbeque Patio Association (HPBA).
